Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. We charge 25% cancellation costs within 48 hours and 100% cancellation costs within 24 hours.

Weather Policy
Picnic Marbella reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather. Picnic Marbella will notify you of the cancellation via email and whatsapp. Picnic Marbella will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If you don’t want to reschedule, we are happy to come your backyard or living room- just send us an email.
